All prices quoted are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) in accordance with Incoterms 2020, which includes the cost of import duties. However, any local sales taxes, such as VAT, state taxes, or similar, that may be applied after customs clearance and which are not included in the quoted price, shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer agrees to settle any such taxes directly with the relevant tax authorities, or where applicable, reimburse the Seller for any such taxes that may be charged to the Seller during transit or post-delivery.
